Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Verification:
Operating Hours: Pinty processes and ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays). All orders for in-stock merchandise are processed within 24 to 72 hours once payment is authorized and verified.
Anti-Fraud Guardrails:
For your protection and secure transactions, the shipping address must match the billing address associated with your credit card. We do not permit shipping to P.O. Box addresses; a valid physical residential or commercial address is required for all deliveries.
You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after placement. Once your package leaves our facility, an additional tracking confirmation email with interactive tracking links will be sent.
Shipping & Delivery Options:
Coverage Area: Pinty ships exclusively within the Contiguous 48 United States. (We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international territories).
Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under $30 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $5.45.
Delivery Timeline: On average, standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location.
Inventory & Stock Availability:
We monitor our inventory daily to ensure 100% accuracy. However, due to high demand for certain high-capacity PCP models and precision optics series, temporary stock shortages may occur.
If you have an upcoming tactical event or require bulk quantities, please plan your order well in advance.
If a high-volume purchase is expected to deplete our existing web stock, kindly contact our representative beforehand so we can expedite production schedules for you.
Receiving Your Order & Shipping Damages:
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect the package:
1. Verify that all items inside match your order list.
2. If there is a discrepancy or if the shipping box arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging immediately and report the issue via our Contact Form within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate a carrier claim.
