Brand new products within 30 days of purchase will have a full product refund. Additionally, products may not be returned in used condition unless the products have quality problems. 

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

      Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

      Downloadable Software Products
      Some Health and Personal Care Items

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

      Holds a zero. Glass is clear. Looks good too.

      So far so good. I was reluctant to pick up a budget prism optic, but money was tight and I went with this because of the good reviews.
      I am not disappointed. This thing is great. It has held a zero through a few hundred AR9 rounds and it looks awesome to boot. The illumination is good (albeit not perfect). But for what I paid, I am very happy with it and will likely get another for my next build.

      Bailed me out!

      My scope ring snapped right before a hunt and my friend had one of these scopes on a spare gun. We pulled it off and sighted it in. The illuminated chevron reticle was amazing in the dimly lit cattle barns. This scope performed perfectly and saved the day. It adjusted to my poor eyesight and the glass was crystal clear. Unfortunately I couldn’t hold onto the scope for more testing. I would have loved to feature it in a video just on its low profile and snag free design.

      I only regret I never tried this brand. They are extremely easy to use. With or without illumination, the aiming reticle is always visible.
