Shipping Policy
Pinty ships within the Contiguous 48 U.S. States.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before we send your package out. We'll ship items out as soon as possible.
- Orders placed will be processed the same business day that your payment is authorized and verified. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it.
- Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with shipment notification and tracking information.
On average, shipping will take approximately 3-7 business days after fulfillment.
Refund policy
1. Returns
All of our products (except products from collections of Tactical Backpack, Tactical Knives, Tactical Gloves & Tactical Vest) are covered by a 12-month warranty for its replacement and repair. Brand new products within 30 days of purchase will have a full product refund. Additionally, products may not be returned in used condition unless the products have quality problems.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Gift Cards
Downloadable Software Products
Some Health and Personal Care Items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
2. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund will be completed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your payment account company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Some sale items cannot be refunded. Please contact us to check whether the sale items can be refunded or not.
3. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact@pintydevices.com

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:
Order number
Video or photo of the defective item (if applicable)
Refund will be completed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)
Only items purchased directly from PINTYDEVICES.COM online store will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them for returns.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
