The warranty period begins on the date of delivery confirmation to the retail purchaser.

1. Warranty Periods by Product Category

Tactical Optics & Sights (Rifle Scopes, Red Dots, Lasers): 1-Year Limited Warranty.
PCP Airguns (Vanguard, Timber, Buster): 1-Year Limited Warranty.
PCP Airguns (Nightfall, Thumper, Striker): 2-Year Limited Warranty.
Shooting Accessories (High-Pressure Compressors, Hand Pumps, Mounts, Bipods): 1-Year Limited Warranty.

2. What Is Covered Under Warranty?

This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended operational conditions.

For Optics & Sights: Internal optical component displacement, reticle shifting/loosening, turret adjustment mechanism failures, LED/illuminated circuitry defects, and internal fogging caused by factory seal failure.

For PCP Air Rifles: Barrel manufacturing flaws affecting inherent accuracy, non-wear-and-tear air leaks from the cylinder or regulator valves, trigger mechanism malfunctions, and structural material fatigue of core metallic components.

Pinty Remedies: At our sole discretion, Pinty will either (a) provide free repair services, (b) replace the item with an identical or equivalent model, or (c) issue a partial or full refund if the item is deemed completely non-repairable.

3. What Is NOT Covered? (Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from operational negligence, environmental factors, or standard wear and tear. The following scenarios will immediately void the warranty:

Consumable & Wear Items: Normal degradation of O-rings, rubber seals, internal gaskets, external finish scratches/fading, and battery life expectancy.

Operational Abuse: Damage caused by drops, impacts, submersion, neglect, or failing to follow the official user manual guidelines.

PCP-Specific Abuse: Internal valve or component damage caused by over-pressurization past the rated 250 Bar system maximum, utilizing incorrect/damaged ammunition, or excessive dry firing (shooting without a pellet) which destroys internal valve backpressure.

Unauthorized Modification: Any non-factory teardown, alteration, power tuning modifications, or repairs attempted by unauthorized personnel.


Force Majeure: Loss, theft, or destruction caused by fire, floods, or other natural disasters.

4. Warranty & Return Process (RMA Protocol)

To initiate a warranty claim, you must strictly adhere to our official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) protocol:

1. Submit Your Application: Contact our support team directly at support@pintydevices.com. You must provide your Order Number, a detailed description of the performance discrepancy, and clear photographic or video evidence demonstrating the issue.


2. Initial Assessment: Our technical team will review the media provided to determine if the issue can be resolved remotely.


3. RMA Issuance: If a physical inspection or replacement is necessary, we will issue an official RMA Number along with designated return instructions.

⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: Do NOT ship any product back to our facility without an explicit, pre-authorized RMA number. Pinty reserves the right to refuse, reject, and discard any unauthorized packages sent without an RMA number clearly marked on the exterior shipping label. Pinty is not responsible for lost or untracked inbound shipments.

5. Shipping & Logistics Responsibility

Confirmed Manufacturing Defects: Upon inspection, if our technical team confirms that the issue is a genuine manufacturing defect, Pinty will provide prepaid shipping labels for both the return and replacement. If the product is deemed unrepairable, the buyer will have the option to choose between a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Warranty / User Error Claims: If the issue is determined to be caused by user error, operational abuse, or normal wear and tear, the customer will be responsible for all two-way shipping costs, as well as any applicable labor fees for evaluation and repair.
