1. Return Eligibility by Category

Category A:
Core Gear (All PCP Air Rifles & Optical Sights)


Policy: Non-defective PCP air rifles, rifle scopes, and red dots are eligible for return within 30 days of verified delivery.

Condition Restrictions: To qualify for a return, these items must be in brand-new, unopened, and completely unused condition. If an optic has been mounted to a rail or if a PCP rifle has been fueled/fired, the return will be immediately rejected due to safety and liability protocols.

Category B: Accessories & Support Gear (Pumps, Bipods, Mounts, Targets)

Policy: Standard accessories are eligible for general return or exchange within 30 days of verified delivery, provided they remain in their original, undamaged factory packaging.

2. The 20% Restocking Fee (Standard Restocking Deductions)

To cover technical inspection, multi-point safety testing, and re-shelving expenses for specialized hardware, all buyer-remorse returns (e.g., changing minds, ordering the incorrect caliber/rail size) are subject to a strict 20% restocking fee.

The Formula: Your Total Refund = Original Purchase Price - (Original Purchase Price × 20%)

Exemptions:
The 20% restocking fee will be completely waived ONLY if the Pinty technical support team officially deems the product to possess a genuine manufacturing defect upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom orders, promotional bundle items, and clearance inventory marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process (RMA Protocol)

You must strictly execute the following steps to process any inbound shipment to our fulfillment hubs:

1. Submit a Request: Email our team at support@pintydevices.com within your designated return window (30 days). You must provide your Order Number, reason for return, and high-resolution photos proving the item and packaging are unaltered and unopened.

2. RMA Authorization: If approved, our team will issue a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and the corresponding return address.

3. Secure Shipping: Package the item securely. You must write the RMA Number clearly on the exterior shipping label of the box.

CRITICAL GUARDRAIL: Any package returned without an authorized, visible RMA number on the exterior label will be rejected at our warehouse docks, refused for delivery, and discarded. Pinty holds zero liability for unauthorized inbound parcels.

4. Shipping Logistics & Responsibility

Buyer-Remorse / Discretionary Returns: The customer is 100% responsible for coordinating and paying all inbound return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Manufacturing Defects: If a product exhibits a clear factory defect within 30 days of delivery, contact us immediately. Pinty will waive the restocking fee, provide a pre-paid shipping label, and expedite a brand-new replacement or a 100% full refund upon receiving and inspecting the defective unit.
