All of our products are covered by a 12-month warranty for its replacement and repair (except products from collections of Tactical Backpack, Tactical Knives, Tactical Gloves & Tactical Vest, they are covered by a 6-month warranty for replacement and repair). Brand new products within 30 days of purchase will have a full product refund. Additionally, products may not be returned in used condition unless the products have quality problems.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
2. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund will be completed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your payment account company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Some sale items cannot be refunded. Please contact us to check whether the sale items can be refunded or not.
3. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact@pintydevices.com

Only items purchased directly from PINTYDEVICES.COM online store will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them for returns.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
