How to Send Your Gear for Factory Inspection & Repair
Before initiating a return, please review all online resources in the Pinty Help Center to confirm if a factory repair or technical assessment is required.
Once confirmed, please follow these strict operational steps:
- Submit Your Request: Complete and electronically submit the RMA Form below, or email the required media to support@pintydevices.com.
- Receive Your RMA: Our Repair and Service Department will review your case and contact you via email within 1-3 business day(s) to provide your pre-authorized RMA Number and the designated return facility address.
- Label Your Box: Please do NOT ship any product to our facility without an authorized RMA#. You must ensure this unique RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the exterior shipping box.
- Inbound Shipping: Returns must be sent postage-paid by the sender to our designated repair facility. Pinty holds zero liability for improper postage, or for missing and damaged merchandise during inbound transit. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- Outbound Return: Following authorized warranty repairs or replacements for verified manufacturing defects, Pinty will ship the product back to you free of charge.
NOTICE: Any inbound parcel that arrives without a visible, pre-authorized RMA# on the exterior packaging will be automatically rejected at our loading docks and discarded. Non-warranty repairs or user-error evaluations will be subject to two-way shipping costs and standard bench labor fees.
